VideoLAN and the VLC development team present VLC 3.0.23 "Vetinari". VLC 3.0.23 is a major update to VLC 3.0 branch, focused on security fixes and maintenance. It also adds a Dark Mode, fixes support for Windows XP, updates all the codecs, fixes some issues in Opus, Flac, ProRes, DVD subtitles, ATRAC, Flac formats, and a large number of small crashes and minor inconveniences. It fixes more than 100 of security issues, notably sponsored by the Sovereign Tech Agency from Germany.
