Windows 版 NSIS インストーラーで、`bundle.windows.allowDowngrades` が false のとき、MSI で作られた新しい版が入っている環境へのダウングレードを silent・passive・update モードでもブロックするよう修正された。NSIS の言語文字列 choowHowToInstall は chooseHowToInstall に改名された。旧名のみ定義するカスタム言語ファイルは当面動くが、新しい名前への移行が推奨される。
