Python 3.15 の最初の保守版で、緊急のセキュリティ更新として同梱の pip を 26.2.2 に更新し、certifi 2026.10.19 で eMudhra / emSign CA の証明書問題に対処した。既存の仮想環境では pip と uv を更新することが推奨される。ほかに約330件のバグ修正を含む。
