Python 3.14 系の第 9 回メンテナンス版で、同梱の pip を 26.2.2 に更新し、certifi 2026.10.19 で eMudhra / emSign CA の証明書セキュリティ問題に対処した。既存の仮想環境でも pip と uv を最新版に上げることが推奨される。ほかに約 168 件のバグ修正やビルド・ドキュメントの改善を含む。
