Python 3.13.17 は、eMudhra / emSign CA 証明書の問題に対応するセキュリティ修正版で、同梱の pip を 26.2.2、certifi を 2026.10.19 に更新した。既存の仮想環境では pip と uv の更新が推奨される。macOS 27.0 で IDLE など tkinter アプリが固まる問題も修正された。
