Python 3.12.16 のセキュリティ修正版である。侵害された eMudhra 中間 CA の鍵を ssl モジュールで信頼しないよう変更した（CVE-2026-115557）。同梱の Expat を 2.9.0 に更新し（CVE-2026-77214、CVE-2026-102633）、tarfile の不正なリンク拒否（CVE-2026-114583）や Windows での mimetypes 読み込み修正（CVE-2024-3220）なども含む。
