KeePassXC 2.8.0 では、Qt 6 への移行、Wayland での Auto-Type 対応、キーボードショートカットの設定などが追加された。脆弱性も複数修正されており、壊れた KDB ファイル取り込み時の use-after-free や、ブラウザ拡張経由のエントリ参照インジェクションなどが対象となる。
