新規インストールの Docker Desktop .EXE は --user モードが既定になった。あわせて docker pass run に -e/--env フラグが加わり、Windows インストーラーに Docker VMM（Beta）の選択肢が追加された。ディスク満杯時などに Docker Desktop が応答しなくなる不具合や、インストーラーと WSL 関連の不具合も修正された。
