Claude Code 2.1.304 では、プロジェクトと過去のセッションを読んで自動モードを設定する /auto-mode-setup が追加された。mod の tool.check に decider: person が加わり、承認を権限ダイアログかホストのコールバックに限定できるようになった。このほか、サブエージェントやセッション再開、Remote Control などの不具合修正と、メモリ使用量・応答速度の改善が多数含まれる。
