21個のセキュリティ脆弱性（CVE-2026-xxxx）を修正。認証モジュールの認証回避やDoS攻撃、プロキシモジュールを通じたリモートコード実行、WebDAVモジュールのバッファオーバーフロー、HTTP/2の再利用後使用など、影響の大きい脆弱性が多数含まれている。その他、mod_ssl互換性改善やテストスイートのPython化なども実施。
