SmoothCSV for Windows (Stable)
画面は日本語。起動直後の画面に、新しいファイル / ファイルを開く / 設定 / コマンドパレット（Ctrl + Shift + P）がショートカットキー付きで並ぶ。更新が入ると右下に知らせが出て、「リリースノート」からその版の変更点を読める。
使うのは無料で、作者を支えるための有償ライセンス（買い切り）が別に用意されている。画面右上の「ライセンスを取得」から買える。

SmoothCSV 3.26.0 は、終了時に未保存の変更を尋ねず次回起動時に復元する Hot Exit を追加した。フィルタの SQL タブやウィンドウタイトルへのファイル名表示も加わった。フィルタ結果の誤り（NOT BETWEEN、NULL を含む AND/OR、CAST）など多数の不具合も修正された。
大きなセルでのパフォーマンスを向上させ、編集時のフリーズやデータ書き込みの誤りなど複数のバグを修正。メニューのチェックマーク表示や日本語表記の統一も改善した。
