更新履歴
辞書パックごとに先頭の見出し語が欠落する不具合（オフバイワン）を修正した。カタカナ検索で半角形を全角に正規化するよう修正した。あわせて GitHub Actions の依存関係を更新した。
HTML テンプレート、置換ルール、設定 JSON に含まれる script タグや javascript: URL などスクリプト実行可能なコンテンツを検出して警告する機能が追加された。依存関係を更新し、開発環境を Node.js 24 に移行した。
